• At present, Assistant Professor at ABV-INDIAN INSTITUTE OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY & MANAGEMENT, Gwalior, since 30th November, 2006. Current Basic: Rs. 14,520 (in the Grade 12,000-420-18,300 ).
• Former, Assistant Professor at Beant College of Engineering & Technology, Gurdaspur (Punjab). Worked as LECTURER from 5th August 1996 upto 4th August 2005 and Assistant Professor from 5th August upto 29th November, 2006. Good exposure in Under Graduate (B.Tech.) and Post Graduate level (M.Tech ECE, Course Code: EC-501) teaching.

• Conducted AICTE-ISTE sponsored, short term course on Modelling, Simulation of Engineering and Environmental Systems from 15-19 March, 2004 with 42 participants from various institutions all over India, at B.C.E.T., Gurdaspur as Course Coordinator.

Research Activities during the last two years:
• One of my research scholar awared Ph.D on 26th March, 2007 from Punjab Technical University, Jalandhar. Jointly published five papers in reputed Journals. Area of research: Effect of industrialization on population dynamics.
• Three part time Ph. D. scholar has registered at PTU, Jalandhar and Jiwaji University, Gwalior, under my guidance.
• Five M. Phil thesis was guided.
• Five B.Tech Project completed in last summer (May-August, 2007) under my supervision at ABV-IIITM, Gwalior.
• Currently, Seven M. Tech. students of ABV-IIITM carrying their thesis work.
• Actively involved in independent research and during last three year six independent papers are published, one accepted and three more communicated in International Journals.
• Acted as referee of National academy of Sciences, Allahabad and Non-Linear Science, NY, USA

Other Contributions : Paper-setter for various courrses of Mathematics with Punjab University, Chandigarh, Panjabi University, Patiala, PTU, Jalandhar, GNDU, Amritsar.
(i) Organized one week STTP sponsored by ISTE, New Delhi from 15-19th March, 2004.
(ii) Acted as Superintendent/ Dy-Supdt. in various University exams.
(iii) Organised four inter-college Cultural & Technical Festivals as Cultural President at BCET, Gurdarpur.
(iv) Presently acting as I/C NSS unit established by PTU and warden of final year boys hostel.

Currently at ABV-IIITM:
• Organized two Inter College Cultural Fest during 2007-2008 at ABV-IIITM Gwalior as Faculty Coordinator.
• Faculty co-ordinator of Music Club, AASF and many other student activities at ABV-IIITM Gwalior.
